Main Activity:

The Association is an industry led incorporated society and represents New Zealand organisations and their international collaborators. We have national and international members drawn from the private sector, education and research, and government. Our aim is to build a significant high technology industry in New Zealand based on our current world-leading capability in HTS. We are currently exporting scientific and industrial equipment based on HTS magnets and specialty cables for use in that equipment. In the future we will move into medical imaging equipment, power systems equipment, generators and motors all based on HTS.
